Job Description:

As Marketing and Service Manager, you will play a key role in improving our team's performance and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:

Marketing and Sales:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers.

Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.

Conduct door-to-door sales and marketing efforts.

Customer Service:

Build strong relationships with existing customers.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Team Leader:

Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.

Provide training and coaching to develop team members.

Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve results.

Qualifications:

Door-to-door sales or marketing experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passionate about customer service and sales.

Valid driving license.
